Bunny Hop Dance and Fitness

Bunny Hop Bunny Hop incorporates dance styles from around the world with basic fitness            
movement to create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system!                                   
The cardio-based dance movements are easy-to-follow and work to sculpt and tone the entire body without you even realising you are working out! Each song has a routine attached to it which never changes.
The class is then built up of 16 routines to give you a full body workout. BH is suitable for
